Daily Update at Riverbend Post Acute Rehabilitation

It has been a quiet day at Riverbend – our staff continue to tend to the needs of our resident community, and our residents continue to exhibit signs of improvement and recovery on both floors of the building. We have been asked to partner with geriatricians and other professionals in the field to discuss Long Term Care and Post-Acute Care COVID-19 Planning and Prevention Guidance going forward. We consider it a privilege to be a part of this important discussion, and wish to express our gratitude for the invitation.

We have spoken much about the improvement in the overall condition of our second-floor, COVID-19 positive residents. Today’s gratitude is extended to an anonymous Good Samaritan from the State of Florida who donated masks to our Facility caregivers, unsolicited.

Update at Riverbend Post Acute Rehabilitation

Good afternoon and thank you for your continued interest in what is happening with our Riverbend family. Our housekeeping staff continue to work around the clock to keep the Facility clean and sanitary. We enhanced our cleaning program in response to the evolution of the COVID-19 situation, and the implementation of these enhancements has produced excellent results from a sanitization and infection control standpoint.
